pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank is a leading European specialist bank for real estate and public investment finance. A central funding vehicle is the German Pfandbrief, for which the bank is one of the largest providers on the market.

The bank is part of the HRE Group and has been 100 percent owned by the German government since October 2009. The bank has offices in around a dozen national and international locations and its registered headquarters are in Munich.
