Andreas Schenk (Chief Risk Officer) and the Bank's Supervisory Board have, during contract extension talks, reached an agreement on the best of terms that Andreas Schenk will leave Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) by March 2025 at the latest in order to pursue new professional challenges.

‘Andreas Schenk is a highly valued member of the Management Board who is leaving the Bank,’ says Supervisory Board Chairman Dr Louis Hagen. ‘He has played a key role in shaping the company over a long period of time. I would like to thank him very much for his successful work and, on behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.’

‘I am deeply connected to the pbb team and the Bank and look back on the past years with great pleasure,’ says Andreas Schenk. ‘We have worked intensively on the strategic development of the Bank in recent months. I am sure that the team will be successful with its plans. For me, this is the ideal time to take on a new professional challenge.’
