Shareholders of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) followed the proposals of the Management Board and Supervisory Board in all respects at the virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday. Among other items, shareholders approved the distribution of a dividend of € 1.18 per no-par value share entitled to dividend, i.e. a total of € 159 million. As a result, pbb maintains its payout ratio of 75% (based on IFRS consolidated net income after tax and AT1 coupon) and pays the highest dividend since the IPO in 2015.

The Annual General Meeting also confirmed Gertraud Dirscherl as a member of the company's Supervisory Board. Following the departure of Dagmar Kollmann on October 31, 2021, Mrs. Dirscherl had already been a member of the Supervisory Board by court appointment since the beginning of February 2022 and has now been elected for a four-year term.

Attendance at the AGM was 45,97% of the share capital.
