pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided investment financing of more than EUR 100 million to RFR Group, an internationally successful real estate investor. The loan will be used to finance the purchase of an office and retail property in Berlin.
The office and retail property "Gloria Galerie" is located on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin's "Charlottenburg" district, not far from the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and within walking distance of the Zoological Garden. The building consists of six floors with a total rental area of 6,700 m². The retail space comprises around 50% and is distributed over three levels from the basement to the 1st floor. The upper floors are exclusively office space with a flexible concept and modern furnishings.
Gerhard Meitinger, Head of Real Estate Germany at pbb, said: "We have already worked very successfully with the RFR Group in the past. The property's location and facilities speak for themselves."
