Munich, 18 February 2019 – pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €36 million loan to Art Invest Group, for the purchase of the 'Walzstahlhaus':
located in the heart of Dusseldorf's city centre, close to the iconic Königsallee, the property has a lettable space of approximately 9,000 sqm. It is almost fully let to AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, a statutory health insurance fund. The 'Walzstahlhaus' (literally: rolled steel house) was built for the association of German rolled steel entrepreneurs, between 1938 and 1940, in neo-classical style. It is a listed building.
