pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 160 million refinancing facility to HighBrook Investors secured on “The Collection” office-portfolio, which are all located in and around the canal belt in Amsterdam.
The portfolio comprises of eleven historic office assets with an average space of 2.250 sqm per asset, newly branded as “The Collection”. The office buildings are called Chapters, located in prime locations in City Center Amsterdam. The brand “The Collection” offers high quality, finished office space to multiple tenants plus a membership to a community with access to amenities and services in all Chapters as for example, reception desk with café bar, meeting and boardrooms, or e-bikes.
