pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 90mn (1,000mn SEK) credit facility to Heimstaden Bostad, a leading European residential real estate company, which acquires, develops and manages multi-family homes.
The five-year credit facility is secured by a homogeneous property portfolio totaling around 58,000 sqm of lettable area across 14 properties located in or around five of the largest cities in Sweden. The majority of the ca 1,100 residential units was built in the 2020’s of which one property is to be completed this summer.
