pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank is providing around EUR Institutional Investment Partners GmbH around EUR 80 million for the acquisition of the ABC-Bogen office property in Hamburg.
The fully let property serves as Google Germany's headquarters and is located in a central inner-city location in Hamburg, not far from Gänsemarkt. The building, designed by Hadi Teherani, has an attractive design: on the street front, the corrugated façade follows the structure of the neighbouring building, while the rear building forms a semi-circular shape and offers particularly bright office space thanks to storey-high glazing. The property has a lettable area of around 15,000 m² and 140 underground parking spaces.
