pbb provides €40 million for two office buildings in Warsaw managed by Resolution Capital Management

Munich/London/Poland, 06.08.2025 –Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) has provided in total €40 million investment loan facilities to an office fund. The fund will use the financing for the acquisition of two office buildings in Warsaw and to improve their ESG status. The asset management will be done by George Leslie, Resolution Capital Management.

The portfolio consists of two neighbouring office buildings, in Warsaw. The properties benefit from excellent visibility and accessibility, good asset quality and proximity to public transport.
