Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG: pbb offers repurchase of unsecured benchmark bond

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG / Key word(s): Bond Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) today decided to offer to repurchase the unsecured benchmark bond with ISIN DE000A13SWH9 in a public tender up to a nominal volume of EUR 500 million against cash payment at a price of 100.85 %. The bond, which will mature on 27 April 2020, was issued in April 2016 with a nominal volume of EUR 500 million. The repurchase offer only applies outside the United States of America. Further information and restrictions regarding the buyback will be published in a Tender Offer Memorandum.
