Disclosure Report in accordance with the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)

The Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) specifies that institutions are obliged to disclose the information set out in Part 8 of the CRR. pbb discloses this information in the Disclosure Report on the basis of the consolidated position for the pbb Group.

The primary intention of the regulatory disclosure requirements (pillar 3) is to strengthen the market discipline of institutions and enhance market transparency. Meaningful, comparable and consistent disclosures of information are intended to enable the market participants to make a better assessment of the capital and risk situation of institutions. The disclosure requirements complement the minimum capital requirements (pillar 1) and the supervisory review process (pillar 2).
