We create an environment in which personal development and mutual success go hand in hand. In the annual appraisal interview, we discuss expectations and objectives with regard to your professional and personal development. With an average of 45 hours per year, we support our employees with external further training and a wide range of internal measures. These range from language trainings to specialist topics such as effective negotiations and various soft skills training programmes. Managers are able to develop their skills with our leadership programmes.

We attach great importance to a structured and supportive start and close integration into #teampbb. Through targeted introductory events, we ensure that all new colleagues feel well-positioned and well-informed right from the start.

We support women in their professional development through training programmes tailored specifically for them. Our information and networking events on a wide range of topics promote exchange and networking between very different target groups.

Soft skills trainings

Our specialised training courses offer our employees the opportunity to develop important soft skills and perfect their interpersonal skills. You will learn how to communicate effectively, manage conflicts and create a supportive environment.
