pbb provides acquisition financing for a modern logistics property in Norway

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided an investment facility of NOK 537 million (around EUR 50 mn) to a long-term real estate fund managed by Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP), an independent and privately owned Norwegian investment firm with a strong position in the Nordic real estate markets.
The loan was provided to support the acquisition of a modern logistics facilitie with 58,000 sqm fully let on a new long lease to DSV, the global transport and logistics provider. The property is strategically located in the logistics hub in Vestby, just south of Oslo, along the E6/E18 highway.
