Notifications according to §§33 et seq. WpHG

Persons subject to reporting obligations under the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) are required to provide certain information regarding their voting rights to both the Company and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungen, BaFin). pbb publishes this information according to the regulations set out in the WpHG.

Please note that we publish incoming notifications of voting rights in the language in which they were received. It may therefore happen that notifications on our website are only in German or English and not in both languages.
