pbb has provided a special fund of HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG with a mid-double-digit million euro amount for the purchase of an office property in Berlin. The term is ten years.
The property is located in a central West Berlin location in the immediate vicinity of Ku'damm and was recently completed. With its façade of light-coloured natural stone in combination with the special architecture, the building conveys a high-quality appearance and offers tenants flexible office space in a contemporary design on six floors. The excellent public transport connections are complemented by 62 car parking spaces on the two basement floors, along with additional electric charging stations and 150 bicycle parking spaces.
The entire rental space of around 8500m² is fully let to a single tenant on a long-term basis. Thanks to the flexible floor plan structure with freely movable room modules on each floor, multi-tenant use is possible in addition to single tenant use.
