pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided an investment loan facility totaling €30 million for a logistic park managed by UBS Switzerland. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.
The Logistic Park known as Plaza Campus is located in Plaza Zaragoza logistic hub and provides 72,627 sqm GLA. It is divided into different buildings with efficient and flexible modules and is fully leased to reputable, international tenants from a wide range of industries such as Esprinet and Airtex.
